1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Elite Hockey Lab website and purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase any products.
2. Who We Are
Elite Hockey Lab LLC is a New York limited liability company providing digital sports performance education products for hockey athletes ages 12 to 20.
3. Products and Digital Access
The Elite Hockey Strength Blueprint is a digital product delivered through the Elite Hockey Lab member portal. Upon completing your purchase you will receive immediate access to the member portal where all program materials are organized and available on demand. Access is granted to the individual purchaser and is not transferable.
4. Payment and Pricing
All purchases are processed in US dollars through Stripe. Prices are listed on the site and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase price is confirmed at the time of checkout.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Because program access is delivered immediately upon purchase we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase please contact us through the Contact page and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the member portal, including but not limited to training programs, exercise descriptions, video demonstrations, written materials, and the Elite Hockey Lab name and logo, is the property of Elite Hockey Lab LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any program materials without written permission from Elite Hockey Lab LLC.
7. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The training programs and content provided by Elite Hockey Lab LLC are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All training should be performed under appropriate supervision. Athletes should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new training program. Elite Hockey Lab LLC assumes no liability for injuries or health issues that may result from participation in any program or use of any content on this site.
8. Member Portal Access
Access to the Elite Hockey Lab member portal is provided to individual purchasers only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account access with others. Elite Hockey Lab LLC reserves the right to terminate portal access for any account found to be sharing credentials or violating these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Elite Hockey Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.
